Survey ID
When a new survey is created, the creator will be provided a 10-digit alphanumeric ID. This is a unique identifier for that survey and must be used to purchase an extension.
Creators: all survey IDs are saved on the dashboard of your Survayy account. If you were not logged in and did not save the survey ID, then you will need to create a new survey.
Respondents: if you responded to a survey and want to see the extend its expiration date, the survey ID is the same 10-digit code from your response. If you no longer have access to this code, please reach out to the survey's creator.
